Pamphlets and Brochures

The way you portray your business or organisation is crucial to its success; so let me use my expertise to present it in the best possible light.

From a one-man landscape gardening firm to an independent hotel chain I can produce a brochure that will both inform and enthuse your clientele and add a touch of class to your operation.

I will discuss your business at length and come up with crisp, clear copy, with a lyrical lilt, that will set you aside from the competition.

Visuals will be provided by a professional photographer, who will capture the essence of your business in a series of eye-catching snaps, before a talented designer marries word and image to deliver you a cutting edge brochure that smacks of success.

Here is an example of some literature I wrote for Tankey Lake Livery Yard on Gower to help attract new business:

Tankey Lake Livery Yard on GowerWITH its majestic moorland and dramatic coastline, complete with mile upon mile of unsurpassed beaches, there are few areas that can match Gower’s breath-taking natural beauty – so what better home from home for your beloved horse?

Tankey Lake Livery Yard, which is located in the heart of Britain’s first area of outstanding natural beauty, offers the very best in equestrian excellence. Set back off the road, in a quiet corner of Llangennith, you would never guess that there are some 30 acres of quality grazing, with rail and post fencing, complete with American barn style stables and a floodlit ménage at your disposal.

Recently under new management, the centre promises to build upon its excellent reputation to become the best of the best by matching its stunning location with superb facilities, a warm welcome and friendly, expert staff.

New owner Sharron Langdon, who has kept her own horses in Tankey Lake for over 10 years, knows what makes the place tick and plans to introduce regular events, such as orienteering TREC training days and a winter series, as well as updating the traditional Tankey Lakes competition.

Sharron’s aims are to target horse owners, who truly love their animals and genuinely care about their wellbeing, from all around. The packages on offer at Tankey Lake include full livery, part livery and also grass livery, where the horses have the luxury of a large field shelter and winter haylage is included.

Tankey LakeTankey Lake also offers a service where you can bring your horse for a holiday – so why not book into a nearby holiday home and give your horse a break as well? All stables have rubber matting and all horses are turned out by Sharron each morning, a labour of love which is included in the livery price.

Security, meanwhile, is important for peace of mind and the yard is fully secure with alarm systems and 24hr CCTV in operation. The owner also lives on site and there is someone there constantly.
While the care and comfort of your horse is assured the riding in the area is second to none.

Set on acres of common land surrounded by bracken and scented gorse, with easy access to the wider area, you can ride for hours without touching a road. The scenery is spectacular, with sweeping sea views stretching from the north Devonshire coast and across, westwards, towards Tenby’s Caldy Island, greeting you from most of the hills.

There is also the serene silence, broken only by the bleat of sheep and chirp of bird song, that can only be afforded in such an unspoilt place, close to civilisation but miles away from the grind of urban life.

You can ride on grass across the top of Rhossili’s beach cliffs or you can descend and meet the sand and race along the lapping tide line, from the shadow of the rugged far-reaching Worm’s Head to the mystical tidal island of Burry Homes, either way you will be refreshed by the clear salt air and stirred by your surroundings.

What’s more you can do this 365 days a year!

All in all Tankey Lake has the lot; unrivalled facilities, unbeatable staff and an unsurpassed setting at an affordable price.

So what are you waiting for? Give your horse the Gower and give yourselves the best it can get.

What they said:

“I knew what I wanted to say but not being good with words I decided to contact Geraint and ask for his help. I was more than happy with the result. He has perfectly captured the ethos of what we offer while getting across the fantastic setting we enjoy.” – Sharron Landgon Tankey Lake CEO
